Prizes

  • All charter prizes are subject to availability 
  • Prize winner is to organize 
  • No prize is redeemable for cash
  • Any extra costs outside the advertised prize is the full responsibility of prize winner
  • Prizes where 18+ must be accepted by a persons 18 years or over ID maybe required

Rules

  • Rules must be obeyed at all times
  • Any abuse or misconduct will be not be tolerated and may result in being band from future events
  • Any protests must be presented to the chief steward by no later than 3.30 pm on the day of the event failure to do so will have any claims dismissed immediately

Sponsorship

  • All sponsorship will be honored within there sponsorship categories
  • We welcome sponsorship up to the day of the event however encourage pre event sponsorship
